ICP works with government representatives, non-profits, community-based organizations and educational institutions to support and strengthen service policy worldwide.

ICP realizes that consistent development of the field of service will not occur without a strong push toward measuring the existence and effects of policies around the world.  Once successes and gaps have been identified, policy development assistance can become more targeted and effective.
Spurred by the need for more complete information on youth service policies worldwide, ICP is currently conducting a global scan to inform the service field about the many aspects of policy creation in relation to service.
