NoviaSalcedo Foundation is a private not-for-profit organization. For 30 years it has pursued its objective of helping young people find their feet in the world of work and equipping them with the skills and values that are necessary in a constantly changing world.

We are proud to announce the 3rd Edition of the Novia Salcedo Prize for excellence in integrating young people into the workforce, with will include three categories: Individuals; Firms, and Public Bodies /Institutions / NGOs. Prizes will be awarded in the following fields: - Ideas and research; - Projects and initiatives; - Good practice; - Publicity and awareness raising.

This unique Prize seeks to recognise and reward the efforts that are being made worldwide in the field of integrating young people into the workforce.

We are sure that there are many projects and initiatives that deserve been recognised by their work of promoting young people.
