DOMINICA: Caricom students in Dominica on CSME promotion drive. Twenty-five (25) students from across the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) are currently in Dominica as part of a project of the CARICOM Secretariat to train youth in the region to identify and develop responses to CSME opportunities as well as to engage the next generation in identifying career opportunities with regard to wage employment, self-employment and starting a business in the CSME. DOMINICA: National HIV and AIDS Response Programme to hold workshop on study. The Inter-American Commission of Women (CIM/OAS) and the National HIV and AIDS Response Programme of Dominica will host a workshop on the findings of CIM/OAS’ March 2009 research project entitled: A Study to enable the Preparation of Pilot Interventions to Address Interventions between HIV/AIDS and Violence Against Women in Barbados and Dominica.
