The Caribbean Youth Summit Association, Jamaica, extends an invitation to you and members of your youth organization to participate in the upcoming CARIBBEAN YOUTH SUMMIT to be held in Antigua, July 16 – 20, 2009.This summit brings together Caribbean young people between the ages of 18 – 35 to share ideas, vision and hope for a better Caribbean, for a better world.
Conference topics will include issues surrounding Education, Health, Caribbean Economy, the Environment, Culture, Crime and Violence and Spiritual Values.
The CYSA is requesting you to select and recommend persons whom you believe can create a future of hope, justice and wholesomeness by 2020 in their relevant region.
The first summit was held in Kingston Jamaica, 2006. We are hoping that you will participate and make this a successful summit for Antigua and Barbuda.
Registration is by invitation only as we are calling persons of vision and action. Kindly send your application as stated in your brochure to FRANCISCAN MINISTRIES, which is the Head office in Jamaica.
The deadline for registration is May 31, 2009. Please register as early as possible. The registration fee is U.S.$10.00.
You will be responsible for your own travel expenses to Antigua. On receiving your application, we will correspond with you re details of ground transportation, accommodations, meals, the schedule, etc. We are trying to keep expenses minimal.
