Full article BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS: 52 youth participate in Rights of Passage. Amidst parents, loved ones and peers 52 young persons participated in a Rights of Passage ceremony last Saturday. Facilitated by the community group, Divine Productions, the Rights of Passage reinstates a tradition of preparing youth of varying ages to move from one stage of their youth to the next and eventually, adulthood.
