Without a doubt, XXI century is clearly associated with the construction of the denominated information society, and in this frame, young men have and active and qualified role to play (in fact, they are already actively participating on this domains), given that they are more and better than adults to deal with the change permanency and the knowledge centrality, two of the main “rules” of this times and the future.
